Most patients are left to navigate confusing medical systems, short appointments, and conflicting advice on their own.
HealthStrategix consultants are physicians who take the time to counsel clients about new or changing complex medical conditions that may be treated by multiple physician specialist, therapists, or other health care providers. Some information may seem conflicting from multiple doctors. We are here to clarify and reassure you.
How we can work together
Three flexible ways to get expert guidance , whether you need a single conversation, ongoing support, or concierge-level care.
A one-time 45-minute consultation for when you need expert guidance on a specific health situation, no commitment required.
A set of 45-minute consultations at a discounted rate, ideal for those navigating ongoing care who want flexibility without a long-term commitment.
Concierge-level annual membership for individuals and families managing active or complex care. Includes 45-minute consultations plus access to Tabu between appointments, so you always have an expert in your corner when questions come up, without having to schedule a full visit every time.
Healthcare decisions are too important to navigate alone, and too complex to rush.
Most patients are left trying to make sense of confusing information, short appointments,
and conflicting advice.
That’s where I come in. As an independent physician, I work only for you; not hospitals or insurance companies. My role is to help you slow things down, understand your options, and make decisions with clarity and confidence. Because when it comes to your health, you deserve more than quick answers, you deserve the right ones.

You’re not getting general advice, you’re working with a retired physician who understands how medical decisions are made, how to interpret complex information, and how to apply it to your specific situation.

I don’t work for hospitals or insurance companies. That means every recommendation is based on what’s best for you, without outside pressure or competing priorities.

Healthcare decisions shouldn’t feel rushed or confusing. I help you slow things down, understand your options, and move forward with confidence, not uncertainty.
Common Questions
Not typically. In my experience, having a third person in the exam room can unintentionally change the dynamic between you and your doctor. My role works best behind the scenes: helping you walk in prepared and walk out with clarity, so the conversation stays yours and stays collaborative. If there's ever a specific situation where you feel it would help for us to talk it through beforehand or debrief right after, we can build that into how we work together.
The initial 15-minute consultation is virtual, so we can talk no matter where you are. If you're in the Fort Mill, South Carolina area and would prefer to meet in person for your working sessions afterward, that's available too. We can set that up once we've connected.
Pricing depends on what fits your situation, so we work through it together rather than fitting you into a fixed plan. Options are presented in this order: individual hourly sessions first, then multi-session packages for more involved support, and finally an annual membership for ongoing, concierge-level care. During your free 15-minute call, we'll figure out together what level of support makes sense for you, and I'll walk you through exact pricing at that point. There's no pressure and no surprise costs.
It helps, but it's not required to get started. On our first call, we'll figure out together what records or information would be most useful, and I can guide you on how to request them if you don't have them yet.
New or confusing diagnoses, conflicting advice from multiple specialists, chronic conditions that feel overwhelming to manage alone, and moments where you just want a second, unbiased medical opinion before making a decision. If you're not sure whether your situation fits, the free call is a low-pressure way to find out.
No. I'm not acting as your treating physician, and I don't diagnose or prescribe. My role is to help you understand what you're already being told, organize your questions, and feel more confident and prepared in your own care. Think of me as the person helping you make sense of it all, not a replacement for your medical team.
Hospital and insurance-based advocates ultimately work for those organizations. I work only for you, there's no institutional relationship shaping my guidance, just what's best for your situation.
You want to optimize your health, I want to help you advocate for yourself. Sign up for weekly updates that will help you or your loved one navigate the health care maze.
