Shift after shift, I met patients who came to the emergency department not because they had an emergency, but because they had questions no one had time to answer.

I saw firsthand that most doctors are dedicated professionals working under real constraints, 15-minute visits, complex insurance requirements, and panels of hundreds of patients. They simply don't have the time to sit with a patient for an hour and walk through every question. That gap stayed with me.
